I am not as ready as the snowdrops and yet I am afraid my green shoots are pushing through the earth whether I want to emerge or not. I am not ready to bloom yet, I need more time underground, I need to be more tulip! But, nature has the answers and she has decided to push me up faster than I was planning. I say planning, I am not sure there was that much of a plan (although there is one) but I was hoping to be unseen for a while yet.
I know, I know, if I really didn’t want any attention for my petals just yet, I should have stayed, mole like, in my nest, not communicating with anyone. So Mother Nature, you have me. You do not take no for an answer, so I have to make the most of what you offer. I might negotiate being more ‘daffodil’ but even they are pushing their green shoots through. I better get a wiggle on.
So, on Wiggle News, I have begun to get to grips with my AI tool ‘Prowriting Aid’. For those of you not in the know, it is editing software (not sure if that is the right terminology but you get my drift). It definitely isn’t a human editor but it will give me a much better ‘First’ draft so the human editor, when I appoint one, will be able to concentrate on the ‘Being Human’ stuff rather than where an apostrophe is placed. I can also report, it wasn’t/ isn’t quite as easy to use as I was hoping but my ability to use it is already improving.
I am working on my first novel (with Prowriting Aid) which has been written sometime now. It has also been Beta read (thank you for those who have given feedback) and really needs to be out there doing its thing. I won’t share the working title because I think it needs to be changed but the second one (currently in production – yeah, yeah that means I am still writing it) is called ‘Witch Will Be Next’ and I think that one has already got the right name, even if it is only part written.
I am thinking of making Wednesday my Writing News day. ‘Wiggle News’ as in getting a Wiggle On. I think I will also have a ‘Travel Day’ – A Class Adventures and all that. Not decided what day that will be yet. Any thoughts, let me know.
