Kay and her husband set up their Management Consultancy KAM Limited 24 years ago and during that time they have delivered many projects, have designed delivered training programmes all over the world and developed and still run a manufacturing business in the UK. OhKayWords! is the brand which Kay is now developing to bring together all the experience into copywriting, marketing, learning and development and writing.
